Shipping Policy
Order Processing
We process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Some items may take a little longer. You'll get an order confirmation email at purchase, then a shipping notification with tracking once your order is on its way. All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update — don't worry if it isn't showing right away.
Shipping Methods
Standard / Free Shipping
Ships via USPS (typically Ground Advantage) or UPS Ground Saver, whichever has the lowest actual cost.
With UPS Ground Saver, UPS usually hands the package off to your local Post Office, and your USPS mail carrier delivers it with your regular mail. Occasionally UPS delivers it themselves — so be ready for either. PO Boxes: UPS hands the package to your Post Office, who places it in your box.
If you're unable to receive USPS deliveries for any reason, please contact us before placing your order (or ASAP after).
Fast & Fastest
- Fast — UPS 3-Day air (typical 3 business-day transit)
- Fastest — UPS 2-Day air (typical 2 business-day transit)
Transit times are typical, not guaranteed. Because of our remote location relative to major airports, we're unable to offer guaranteed delivery-date services.
Alaska, Hawaii & Outlying U.S. Territories
Free shipping is not available to these areas. Your options are USPS Priority, Fast, or Fastest. Fast and Fastest are higher-cost UPS services. Please allow about 5 days for USPS due to our bulk-mailing process (it may arrive sooner).
International
We ship internationally via APC Logistics. Your package travels in bulk with other international orders to APC in California daily. Once APC scans it (you'll see this in your tracking), they dispatch it to your country for final delivery by a local courier. This takes a bit longer but keeps your shipping cost down.
- Orders ship in 1–2 business days
- Delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks
- Duties and import taxes are collected at checkout and included in shipping cost (not refundable once shipped)
Package Protection (Corso)
You'll have the option to check out with Corso Package Protection, or you can opt out in the cart (checkout without package protection). It's optional — you choose whether to add it.
What it covers:
- Protects your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit, from the moment it ships through delivery.
- Unlocks free returns and exchanges for 45 days on your order — if you add protection, you won't pay return shipping if you need to send something back or swap it.
If Your Order Hasn't Arrived
- USA: Not arrived within 14 days of your shipping confirmation? Email support@holstery.com with your name and order number.
- International: Not arrived within 30 days? Email support@holstery.com with your name and order number.
